Designed by the Nendo studio for Alessi, the Toru series of appliances, made of stainless steel, expresses the company’s skill and care in processing this material. The Japanese term “Toru”, which means “through”, finds a suggestive expression in the various objects of the collection, characterized by a black tubular element that elegantly insinuates itself into the steel bodies, acting now as a spout and now as a handle, giving life to a refinedly ironic composition of volumes
