The frying pan belongs to the“Cintura di Orione” serie, designed by Richard Sapper. Produced in triply (top layer in magnetic AISI 430 steel + thick aluminium + internal layer in 18/10 stainless steel) which gives it greater versatility due to its ability to conduct heat, offers the additional advantage of being easy to clean. In continental european cooking it’s used for frying, while in the mediterranean countries it’s the recipient used for cooking meat, fish and vegetables. La Cintura Di Orione collection was in consultation with six critically-acclaimed chefs from around the world.
