The casserole with two handles belongs to the“Cintura di Orione” serie, designed by Richard Sapper. It’s the typical casserole to use for braising and stewing. It’s the characteristic recipient for the so called cooking in “casseruola coperta” (covered casserole), whose best example is the typical italian dish named “arrosto della domenica” (“Sunday roast meat). Produced in triply (top layer in magnetic AISI 430 steel + thick aluminium + internal layer in 18/10 stainless steel) which gives it greater versatility due to its ability to conduct heat, offers the additional advantage of being easy to clean.
