Lyonnaise Pan K7

Series of iron cookware consisting of pans and woks. The blue iron pieces enjoy an intrinsic non-stick property of the material itself and less oxidation compared to a normal iron Lyonnaise given by a particular heat treatment; they are excellent for cooking meat and frying. The handles are made of steel, worked with a bronze-coloured stonewashed finish; the aesthetics that characterize them evoke that of classic roasting chestnut pans.
