Venezia Table Collection: The original shape takes its inspiration from the Richard Ginori design legacy and is melded with elements of a famous project by G. Gariboldi, at the time a pupil of Gio Ponti at the Richard Ginori Design Centre in Milan. A study that dates to the 1970’s, consistent with the approach at that time of giving luxury object a “modern” (as it was then) style. The basic roundness of the lines, akin to those of a hot-air balloon, is a feature common to every element and is noticeable most of all in the elegant teapot and soup tureen. Thin and winding, the curved handles underline the balanced deign of the tea and coffee services.
